What we collect
Account details (name, email), subscription status and payment records held by our payment processor, trading data you upload or connect, and basic usage information such as pages visited and features used. We do not collect payment card numbers — those go directly to our processor.
How we use it
To operate your account, generate your strategy profile, provide support, process payments, prevent abuse, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal data or your trading data to anyone.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers needed to run the platform: hosting, payment processing, the broker data connection you authorise, and the AI provider powering the in-app assistant. Each processes data only on our instructions.
Retention
We keep account and trading data while your account is open, and for a limited period afterwards where records are required for tax or legal reasons. Delete your account and we remove your profile data.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and object to certain processing. Reach us through the contact page and we will action requests within the timeframes required by applicable law.
Cookies
We use cookies and local storage to keep you signed in, remember your language, and measure aggregate product usage. No advertising trackers are used.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit, access is restricted to what each service needs, and broker credentials are handled only by the secure connection process — never stored in plain form in the app.
