Privacy Policy

Account details (name, email), subscription status and payment records held by our payment processor, trading data you upload or connect, and basic usage information such as pages visited and features used. Trading data includes the workspace saved to your account (trades parsed from your reports, accounts, journal and settings) and, if you install the StrategyOverlay EA, the latest account snapshot it sends plus an append-only record of every deal it reports. If you opt in to text alerts when starting a trial, we keep your phone number. We do not collect payment card numbers — those go directly to our processor.

When you ask for the free audit we keep your email address, the page you signed up on and where you came from (for example the ad or link you clicked). We use them to send the audit steps and a few short follow-up emails over about two weeks, and to see which pages work. Every follow-up has a one-click unsubscribe, and we never sell or share your address. Ask us and we delete it.

To operate your account, generate your strategy profile, provide support, process payments, prevent abuse, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal data or your trading data to anyone.

Only the service providers needed to run the platform: hosting, payment processing (Stripe), email delivery, the AI provider powering the in-app assistant, and, only if you switch them on, MetaApi for an account connection from your profile and Anthropic or Google (Gemini) for Mercer's AI reads on your own key. Each processes data only to provide that service, except that on Google's free Gemini tier Google's own terms let it use what is sent to improve its products.

We keep account and trading data while your account is open, and for a limited period afterwards where records are required for tax or legal reasons. Delete your account and we remove your profile data.

You can access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and object to certain processing. Reach us through the contact page and we will action requests within the timeframes required by applicable law.

We use cookies and local storage to keep you signed in, remember your language, and measure aggregate product usage. No advertising trackers are used.

Data is encrypted in transit and access is restricted to what each service needs. Your workspace is stored with our hosting provider behind your sign-in; it is not end-to-end encrypted. We never ask for your trading (master) password. Two optional features take an investor (read-only) password: connecting an account from your profile sends it to MetaApi, which stores it to keep the connection running, and the broker-verified track record encrypts it in your browser so we hold only ciphertext, which our verification worker decrypts to read your deal history. Revoking the broker-verified record deletes that ciphertext.
